What to do if you have not received a lady's reply
- Cause: Either your letter or her
reply was lost in cyberspace.
Solution: Re-send your letter to letter@yoshkar-ola.com.
- Cause: You attached a photo(s)
larger than 512 kilobytes and your e-mail was killed on
the server.
Solution: Re-send your letter to letter@yoshkar-ola.com without any attachments or with smaller photos.
Remember to compress photos and send them as .jpg
files
- Cause: You did not specify the
lady's number id in the Subject field. If you leave out
the number, we have no idea who to forward it to.
Solution: Resend your letter to letter@yoshkar-ola.com specifying the lady's number id in the Subject
field.
- Cause:You sent your letter as
something other than plain text and it was not printed. Do
not send files using native word processing formats
such as MS Word or WordPerfect.
Solution: Resend your letter to letter@yoshkar-ola.com as plain text. Any e-mail programs such as
Outook Express use a plain text format.
- Cause: She got your letter but did
not want to reply.
Solution: Send her another letter to letter@yoshkar-ola.com . Explain why you are the right man for her
even if you do not meet her requirements (age, height,
race, etc) exactly. If you still don't get a reply,
choose other ladies to write to. Perhaps you should
include a photo, if you didn't include one in your first
letter.
- Cause: She left our agency.
Solution: Choose other ladies to write to. f you
feel that you must correspond with this particular lady,

- Cause: She cannot afford our e-mail
and translation services. We try to keep our prices
affordable for all ladies but some simply don't have the
means to continue with the agency.
Solution: Open an account with our agency to help
her with the cost of correspondence: http://www.yoshkar-ola.com/e/accounts.
- Cause: Unknown reasons.
