If you read enough about international dating, you will find volumes of expert opinion on how to write, what to say, and how many women you should contact. The recommendations I've read say one should write anywhere from five to fifty women to ensure results. I don't recommend writing to dozens of women at a time. If you spread your efforts too thinly, you guarantee that you will only get superficial responses. Either that, or only desperate women will contact you. Do you want a person that truly wishes to spend her life with you, or someone that can be bought like clothing off a rack? A little sincerity goes a long way.
You will often hear that a woman is looking for "her other half". This concept is not new. Plato wrote about it a few thousand years ago, and he was retelling an old story at that time.
If you write to more than one woman - which initially makes sense - you will eventually have to tell someone that she is not the partner you were dreaming about. It is absolutely necessary to tell her this if you feel it. To simply stop writing is cowardly, and Russian women despise cowards. While it is never pleasant to receive a "Dear John" letter (or a "Dear Natasha" in this case) it will make both parties sleep better in the end.
This is only a suggested format. Please do not copy it, but put your heart into your words. If it hurts you to write the letter, you're doing it correctly. Please do not tell the woman that you think she's OK, but her friend Svetlana is the one you're after, it would be rude in any language.
