Our personalized services come in the form of a large variety of services that we offer to our customers in actually providing a personal touch in your personal patronism with us and also in your correspondence with the ladies. We have many services available even far beyond our detailed psychological services.
On the heading of our home page, you will see a link that says "personal services". Here, you will find information on our psychological services. This gives you information about personal interviews we can conduct about any lady of your request, and also interviews with her parents if you wish. You can request these services on this page.
Part of our "Effective Start Package" includes this service (interviewing the ladies) by a trained manager of Maxim's. Personal services such as these enable your search for a suitable lady to become more efficient and you will benefit from receiving detailed information about the lady's personality (with reasonable limitations).
However, our personal services goes far beyond these services alone. Some of our personal services you can request for ladies include not just hand-delivering flowers, but massages for the lady, ordering a hot home-delivered pizza, surprising your lady with a live love serenade, organizing romantic tours, taxi passes, services to help arrange Visa's and much more.

Click here and you will be able to find more information on specific services through the links provided. This still, is only a shortened list. We provide far more services than what is listed here. If you click on the "Personal services" link on this page, you will find more information about services we can arrange. By your request, we can arrange a Tradesman to come to your lady's home and fix a leaking tap or paint her walls, through to arranging somebody to come and dig potatoes out for her, and even deliver a washing machine to her home and more.
You can request telephone calls with the aid of your personal interpreter and/or match-making manager, to video-conferences, ordering photos, requesting English lessons for your lady, travel arrangements and so on. On our home page you will see a link that says "personal services". This gives you contact details of our personal staff for your own convenience and personal interaction with the staff themselves.
By joining with us through our All Inclusive Premium Package, you will also be designated your own personal assistant for your trip and stay in Russia. You can order gifts far beyond beautiful fresh flowers. You can order special gifts such as chocolates, food baskets, teddy's and even T-shirts for your special lady. You will find our range of gifts by clicking on the link that says "Gifts" on our home page. Here, you will find other gifts and services we can order for your lady such as cinema tickets, shopping vouchers and still lots more.
Our personalized services are designed to help you let your lady know how special she is. We understand that you may not be able to give her little treats she deserves directly yourself, so we will help you to put a personal touch in your acquaintance with the ladies, or the one special lady of your dreams.
How do I order flowers or other gifts?
As we try to make our site convenient for members, particularly new members, we usually have more than one way to access our services as far as ordering flowers, other gifts and our services in general. One way you can order flowers is to click on the link that says "gifts" on our home page. A page will open and you will see links where you can see photographs and prices of our flowers and gifts.
To order flowers, just click on the "Flowers" link and you can choose your gift for your lady and then order it by following the simple instructions. Please just make sure you have sufficient funds in your Maxim account so you will not be in debit. You only need to enter a few very basic details and you can write a personal message in the box provided, which will be translated and given to your lady with her flowers.
If you would like to order multiple gifts, this can be conveniently done by just adding items and/or services to your shopping trolley. You do not need to request separate orders for each individual item/service requested.
Another way you can order flowers is simply click on the "flowers delivery" link on your account page, and follow the same procedure.
Other gifts for your lady includes items such as teddy bears, sweets, food baskets, cosmetics, jewelry, electronic items such as digital cameras and we have a selection of specials that you can order for your special lady.
How can I order special things such as a love serenade and other things?
On your account page, you will see links to access in ordering these services. You will see links for pizza delivery, taxi card, trolley (bus) pass, cash gifts and gift certificates in where you can order these special services for your lady.
To access how to find where to order even more personalized services, just click on the link that says "background check" on your account page under the heading "orders and requests". A page will open and you will see individual links for these special services you can order for your lady. These special services include ordering meals for your lady, requesting a live serenade of love, trolley passes, relaxing massages, fitness club vouchers and more.
A voucher for a fitness club includes tennis, volleyball, saunas, hairdressing and much more for your lady. All you need to do is click on the appropriate link, fill in a few basic details and send your request for the special services for your lady. Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your personal Maxim's account. These links will tell you more about these special services.
Also under the heading " orders and requests", you will see links to even more services available. By clicking on these links you will be given detailed information about very specific services and other gifts you can order for your lady. For example, by clicking the "New photos of the lady" link, you will see an entire variety of specific photos and prints available, video packages, hairdressing services and more, by just clicking on these specific links on this page.
You can order English lessons for your lady, including her children (if she has any), you can find information about romantic tours, Fiancee Visa's and more by clicking on these links.
To order even more of any of our special personalized services available for your lady, go to your account page and under "orders and requests" click on the link that says "personal services" link and you will find information about even more of our available services. This includes being able to help your lady out with anything from arranging delivery of a new washing machine to helping in her garden. Just fill in a few basic details, and you will also see a box in where you can tell us precisely what you want to order for your lady. Just give us specific instructions if you so desire, in any problem your lady might have such as leaking floor-boards or virtually anything, and we will be in touch with you very promptly to arrange your requested service.
Can I order my lady other special gifts and services for Christmas and other special events?
Yes. Maxim's will inform you via email to your address, about special events such as Christmas and St. Valentine's Day, and other significant cultural events. In these emails, you will find relevant information about gifts and services available for these special occasions. You will also be able to access our home page through these emails to find out even more, and then if you wish, order any of our special gifts and services for your lady.
Also, at particular times of the year, we will have temporary links on our home page that you can click on and access specific information and order gifts and services that are relevant to these special occasions. We have special prices on a variety of gifts that your lady will appreciate for special times of the year. Through your emails or by clicking directly on the links on our home page, you will be informed and see exactly what you can order. Cultural events that are specific to Russia and your lady are also notified to you such as Tatyana's Day.
To order any of these special gifts and services, you will only need to follow our simple regular ordering procedure. We also have a shopping trolley available while ordering specific gifts for specific or special occasions or events. Some special occasions or events may happen to fall on days where there is unfavorable weather, such as Christmas when it is snowing. Many ladies do not have their own transport and on days where it then becomes a little awkward for your lady to get to the agency, you have the option of ordering her a taxi pass or a trolley (bus) pass. These passes can be used also to help your lady in getting to the supermarket too. To order these, simply click on the "Taxi Card" and/or "Trolley Pass" links on your account page and you will see the relevant and easy-to-follow procedure in ordering these services. Home deliveries are available for special gifts such as Christmas or her birthday, although taxi and trolley passes will certainly be appreciated by your lady if she does not have her own transport.
How can I order even other special gifts such as a T-shirt for my lady? And what other gifts DO you have?
We have a variety of even more gifts available that you can order for your special lady. This includes gifts such as t-shirts, personalized calendars, greeting cards, photo frames and albums and even more. You can find information and photos of these gifts for your lady by clicking on the " New photos of the lady" link under " orders and requests" on your account page. You will see a page with information about our digital studio which has a variety of even more special gifts for your lady. To the left, you will find a link that says "Gifts". Click here, and you will see more links on the opening page where you can order gifts such as t-shirts and more. By clicking on the "Printing" link, you will find specific details of packages for printing photos in a variety of settings available. If you would like to treat your lady with a personal touch in her photographs that you can order, we offer a service in where she can have cosmetics professionally applied for photographs of the lady for you and her to keep. Click on "New photos of the lady" on your account page and at the bottom of the page, you will see where you can request this special gift to your lady. On the "Stylist" link you will see further information about hair-care, nail care and massages. So by clicking on any of the links on the left side of the page, you will be able to request any of these special gifts for your lady.
I would like to surprise my lady with an outing. What can I treat her with and how?
You can treat your special lady to any of several outings we have available so she can do something she may not normally be able to do. So if you would like your lady to enjoy something a little different to flowers, chocolates or jewelry, you can request services such as cinema tickets, tickets to an Ice Palace and more including giving her a shopping voucher in which she can go out and buy some clothes or lingerie. You can order these by clicking on "gifts" on our home page, and then clicking on the "specials" link. You can also send us a request for any of these gifts too, by using links through your own personal account page.
However, if you would like to share your lady's experience, we have special outings we can arrange through our digital studio by means of taking her to a beautiful garden or another place to have her photos professionally taken. This way she will have an outing, you can share the experience by receiving photos and you can also have souvenirs of her outing in the form of these photos. An easy to find where you can order photographic services is to click on one of the links under "Gifts to Russian women" on your account page. The page that opens will have headings at the top, so just click on the "studio" link. Under the heading Photo Services, you can find information about these special outings and photos through the "Lifestyle photos" link.
On the other hand, if you would like to share an outing with her in person, you can arrange tours for your trip to Russia by logging onto your account page and simply clicking on "romantic tours" under "orders and requests", and you will find plenty of information not only about our romantic tours, but how you can request and book your tour for you and your lady.
I would like something that we can both keep. Do you have things I can order such as videos?
Yes we do. Not only can you request photos, telephone calls and so forth, but you can arrange an actual video clip of your lady to keep yourself.
To find information about our video packages, just click on "videoconferencing" under "orders and requests" on your account page. Please just click on the link that says "other studio services" at the left-hand side of the page leading to Virginia Photo Studio. On the following page that opens, just click on the photograph above the heading "Digital video of a lady". Here, you will find information about videos you can order of your special lady.
Once you have selected the package you would like, just click on the "add to shopping cart" tab and send through your request. Our administration will receive your request and once all confirmed with you and your lady, we can shoot the video clip the very next day, depending on your lady's availability.
You will receive your video clip over the Internet the day after your lady has her video taken. You will be able to download your video, and have her smiles, greetings and the look in her eyes for only you, to keep as a treasure of your early relationship moments.
How long does it take for the ladies to receive their gifts?
Generally speaking, ladies may receive their gifts in approximately 24 to 36 hours from your request. Requested SERVICES may take longer, due to making suitable arrangements with the lady's personal schedule. However, services can be commenced (for example, a telephone call) within only hours of your request if it suits the lady.
Bearing in mind that you have sufficient funds in your account and there is no unexpected delays (which is highly unlikely) in the processing of your request, your lady will most likely receive her gift the next day on provision of her own availability. However, we do operate with delivery services, which enable us to hand-deliver your gift/s to your lady's home. Some of our home services such as pizza delivery can be arranged promptly and your lady will receive her gift in only hours. It generally depends on what gift or service you are requesting and the availability of the lady herself. Other factors such as geographical location may cause delivery of gifts to be slightly longer, however our services such as flower delivery functions and services all areas of Yoshkar-Ola, Kazan, Cheboksray, Zvenigovo, Volzhsk.
So generally, there may only be delays if the lady needs to come into our office to receive her gift/s and if she is somehow hindered by getting herself here somehow such as lack of transport if she is located in a distant geographical position. We do offer taxi passes and trolley passes to help your lady get to our agency. Because of the advantage of electronic transfers of funds and the like, this enables us to quickly arrange delivery to either our agency or the lady's own home in order to receive her gift/s in around a day or so.
How do telephone calls to the ladies work?
Telephone calls can be requested and arranged quite easily. Just open your account page, click on "phone conversation" under "orders and requests" and you will find information about telephone requests and calls you can make to your lady at either the agency or her own home. You will see different time lengths of telephone calls that you can select from. Once you have decided which option suits you and your lady best, enter some brief details and send through your request. Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account to cover the length of the call you decide to choose. You will receive confirmation emails from our administration in our office, and your lady will be informed of your request, and once suitable arrangements are confirmed with her, we will confirm it with you by email, and then all you need to do is ring our office (or the lady's phone at her home) on the agreed date and time.
You will find your telephone call will run smoothly, as our translators are highly competent and efficient at translating. One of our staff in our office will answer the call and all you need to do is politely say "hello" in English, the translators will immediately reply to you in English and you will immediately be able to commence your call to your lady.
After you speak, you will hear our translator translate your words in Russian to your lady and you will be able to hear her speak yourself. The translator will then speak her words to you in English. Please bear in mind that your lady will probably be able to at least understand a few basic words you say, but it will all be translated though. Please remember the time difference too for your conversation. Your lady will very much appreciate hearing your voice, and this is a good way to start to get to know much more about each other.
Can I see a lady on web-cam? How?
Yes, we have a web-cam available in our office in which you are able to see ladies. Click "Live webcam & videos", and you will literally see the inside of Maxim's office. You can also find links on your account page that will take you to the same information in regards to seeing your lady on web camera.
To see a lady on camera, you will need to click on "web-camera" and at the bottom of the page, all you need to do is enter a few brief details including the lady's ID number, and send us a request. Out administration staff will receive this request and send you a receipt of request in a very short time. The lady will be informed of your request and when a suitable time is agreed on, the lady will be seated in front of the web-camera so you can see her live.
Can I see a lady on web-cam AND speak to her at the same time? How?
Yes. You will need to arrange a telephone conversation which can be cohesive with seeing her live on the web-cam. This is not an actual video-conference but can be arranged by sending through your request and making suitable arrangements. So yes, you do have options beyond a telephone conversation alone, or seeing her on web-cam alone. Both telephone and web-cam can be combined, however to benefit even more with your personal live interaction with a lady, we do also offer an actual video-conference. This is a live service direct from our own digital studio. You are welcome though to see your lady on our web-cam while you are talking to her on the telephone. To do this, simply click on "learn how things are going" near the top of our home page. The page that opens will not only give you information and an easy-to-follow requesting procedure, but you can see how the camera works as it is set up in our office. You can see pictures (through our web-cam) of our office in our agency and also some pictures of the streets of Yoshkar-Ola.
To arrange to see your lady on web-cam, just enter your basic details on the form on the page and send through request with the appropriate and suitable date and time. This can be conducted simultaneously with a telephone conversation to your lady, so just make sure the times of your call and your web-cam request are the same.
What is involved in a video-conference and how can I book this service?
This is a live video service where you can see your lady direct from our digital studio. You can see her live and talk to her live. Both yourself and the lady will be able to both see and hear each other. Unlike our web camera (where you will see a picture approximately every ten seconds), the video-conference allows you to see every movement, every expression, every smile and every moment of your visual and audio conversation with your lady. An interpreter will be present if necessary. The focus will be on your lady and yourself to share some real-life moments together.
On your account page, just find the link that says "video-conferencing" on the right-hand side of the page and here you can request this service. You will find options for various lengths of the video-conference and the relative prices. By selecting one of these options, you can then add it to your shopping cart, and your video-conference with the lady will be arranged and then booked and you will receive confirmation of the date and time of your requested video-conference.
How is a video-conference different to the web-cam?
There are several advantages of a video conference. Firstly the picture quality is much better. With the web-cam, the picture is not as continuous as the actual video-conference. You will not only have better quality pictures, but the lady will be able to move around more naturally and not be hindered by having a telephone in her hand.
You will experience an advanced level of communication compared to a web-camera. A large portion of overall communication is not just by hearing spoken words. A very large part comes in the form of body language, and in this case, visual images of your lady direct from our digital studio.
You will be able to see every little variation in her expressions, both facial and in her general body language too. You will be able to see for yourself, the love in her heart for only you, rather than just reading it or hearing it, just by the look in her eyes, her smile and her aromatic images that she will create and send to you direct through our video camera. Many words can be spoken through visual images, and she too, will experience the affect of your love through continual live images.
