All purchases are final. No refund will be given for unused portions of

Maksim Introductions guarantees that mail sent by Purchaser will be
processed by the Maksim Introductions system and sent to the recipient's
mailbox. Notwithstanding, Maksim Introductions does not guarantee a response from the recipient nor
does it make any other promises or warranties of any kind.
Purchaser hereby agrees that subscription privileges are non-refundable in
the event that Purchaser chooses to suspend or cancel his membership.
Furthermore, no refund will be made in the event of termination of
Purchaser's membership due to a violation of the Policy as outlined in there

Purchaser hereby agrees that offensive behavior towards other members or use
of foul language in emails to members or in Purchaser's
profile will constitute sufficient grounds for such termination of

All disputes resulting from the purchase tokens, other emailing privileges
or any other purchase made within the Maksim Introductions website shall be
brought to a binding arbitration in accordance with the Policy.
By submitting this purchase, Purchaser hereby acknowledges, agrees and
authorizes Maksim Introductions to renew Purchaser's subscription,
automatically, every month, at the guaranteed renewal rate that applies to
the purchase option chosen by Purchaser, until such time as Purchaser
instructs Maksim Introductions to stop the renewals. Renewals can be stopped
by logging in as a member and clicking on "Your Account" and by
going to 'Close account'.
The term "unlimited" implies unlimited amount and the size of the letters written by the sender himself. The term "unlimited" can't refer to expanded quotations that are equal or extend the sizes of the letter of the sender, i.e. articles from the internet, documentation (forms, instructions, receipts, etc.), fiction (for example Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace). Such quotations are seen as Attachments and paid per Kilobyte according to the prices of the Per-Kilobyte Plan.
