Most of the negative comments I've recieved regarding your agency revolve around similiar issues. I've deleted most of the emails already, so I'm afraid I can't give you too many quotes.
The biggest complaint had to do with how difficult it can be to get a refund or credit when something goes wrong. I can't speak to the individual circumstances, so these could very well have come from clients who were simply disgruntled when things didn't go the way they wanted. Here is a quote to that:
"Maxim can be stubborn at times. Sometimes, you almost have to tell him you will leave the agency if he does not fix the problem. He will relent then and give back your money or fix the error."
Another couple of people told me that they had reported ladies in your database to you who they believed to be scammers for one reason or another, but that you didn't remove them for quite some time and usually not until after these men had made an issue of it. Someone else mentioned that perhaps 30% of the ladies on your site are sincere, the rest are looking for money, gifts, or easy immigration from Russia:
"Most of these women like presents that Max will pressure you to buy for them. They already have boyfriends and have no intention of leaving for America or any other place."
Here are a couple of other quotes from emails I still have:
"Maxim is legit and will respond to your concerns and problems. However, cash is king. The more money you give him the better his services become. He is very business like."
"When you buy flowers, they will get angry if you order the cheapest ones."
On a more positive note, everyone said your agency is very legitimate, and that the quality of your services are for the most part very high. A couple men told me that you or your people will go out of their way to make you comfortable and solve specific problems (such as getting a restaurant reservation at the last minute) without expecting a fee.
