Men often ask us to check on various ladies in the area who are not
affiliated with our agency. We can provide the background check to see
if this person is who she says she is. What may this involve? Here is
a recent example of how we helped one man. We made the background
check and saved him from wasted time and money. He had been
corresponding with a person from a free web site. When this person
started to ask about money he contacted us. In this case we suggested
a personal delivery of a moderate gift to verify all. This is what
happened.
We made the trip to the village with the chocolates and flowers to
find the lady. The three of us went to the apartment building and her
work place in the town taking photos. Trip to the town ok and we were
able to find the street and the apartment building with little
trouble. No one was at the apartment so we talked to a neighbor.
Actually we talked to a couple of neighbors. We had the photo of The
lady with. No one recognized the person nor did they know the name.
The most informative older married couple that lived in the building
for many years said that there was no one in that apartment for maybe
over a year, and that prior to that, there was a younger family there.
We also found a maintenance bill paper that showed the apartment's owner
as having another name.
So then we went to her alleged work place in the town. We took the
lady's photo in and talked to a worker on duty. The employee did not
recognize the girl in the photo or the name. She said that no one
works there by that name but suggested that we call the head office,
which we then did. The office confirmed that there was no one there by
that name. At this point we had no other options which to pursue so
then returned to Yoshkar-Ola. A report and photographs detailing all
the circumstances was forwarded to the gentleman. The man was of
course disappointed that his "lady" did not exist, but was very happy
that we were able to save him from real grief.
