Bruce comes to Friends of Mari El after over 20 years of government service. As an auditor with the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue he was often responsible for examining the financial and charitable operations of non-profit organizations. He has degrees and/or certificates from Arizona State Univ. (economics), Univ. of Rhodesia (administration), Univ. of San Diego (legal assistance), PDI/Univ. North Texas (Computer Audit Specialist), and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (police science). As President, he oversees all aspects of Friends of Mari El to assure that it complies with both the letter and spirit of the rules governing charities.
