Anyone who supports our mission of providing charitable and educational services in the Republic of Mari El is invited to join us. Annual dues are $20 which will go to fund the projects and activities of the organization. Reduced or free memberships are available to Russians, pensioners, the disabled, and any interested persons who cannot afford to pay the annual dues.
