Getting a Business Visa to Russia

Any foreigner is required to have a visa for visiting and staying on the territory of the Russian Federation. Two types of visas are available: business visa and tourist visa, the main difference between them is the status that you incline to.

Business visas are issued to travelers who come to Russia for business objectives (either private or official). The type of visa is perfect for those who don't know their exact itinerary or want to visit many cities at a time. If you are planning to come to Russia by business visa, Virginia Travel Agency will provide you with the required visa support.

Visa support is a package of documents necessary for getting the visa.

Concerning business visa, visa support consists of an official invitation proceeded through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), namely, department of Passports and Visas. This document allows you getting visa at the Russian Consulate/Embassy in your country.

Note:Do not forget to add 5 additional working days for posting the visa support package from Russia to your country.
After getting a visa support, please, submit required paperwork to the nearest Russian Consulate/Embassy to obtain your Russian visa.

Note: You can apply for business support package not early than 45 calendar days before your 1st stated date of entry to Russia. If you apply earlier, we will have to hold your application at our office until the earliest possible order day.
