Getting a Tourist Visa to Russia

Any foreigner is required to have a visa for visiting and staying on the territory of the Russian Federation. Two types of visas are available: business visa and tourist visa, the main difference between them is the status that you incline to.

To obtain tourist visa, you should get an official invitation and a voucher from an Authorized Russian Travel Company.

To get a letter of invitation and a voucher from our organization follow these simple instructions.

4 steps to get the visa

Prepare a scanned image of the relevant pages of your passport and send them by e-mail or fax: 7-8362-468020.
Fill out the form bellow and submit it.
Wait for our agency to send you the copy of the invitation letter by e-mail of fax.
Apply to the indicated in the form Russian Embassy/Consulate to get the visa. Visa fee is paid in the Consulate where you apply to. The earlier you apply, the less you have to pay.

We receive a lot of men, so it is recommended to reserve an apartment for the specified period in advance, and we will prepare the apartment for you. In high seasons we charge a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00. Some alterations are possible if you do not arrive or leave in due time. If something is spoilt, damaged or lost and you will be charged accordingly. We receive phone bill for long distance calls and Internet access only in the middle of the next month. We will add this charge to your account.

Private apartments are safer, cheaper, cleaner and more comfortable than hotels. All our apartments have all modern conveniencies (central heating, hot and cold water, shower, tub, gas), telephone, a color TV set, a refrigerator, a washing machine. Additional devices (a VCR, a microwave oven, etc) can be available for extra charge.
