Is there a minimum of days required?
Answer: Yes, three days.

Is the day of arrival and departure charged on a prorated basis?
Answer: No, the day of arrival and the day of departure is charged the full daily rate.

If I chose to leave prior to the contracted time of stay, will I receive a refund on the unused portion?
Answer: Yes, you will get a full refund on all days that you did not use.

If I chose to stay longer, will the charges be the same.
Answer: No, there is a additional $20 service fee added to the contracted flat daily rate.

What if the agency cannot fulfill the services once I arrive?
Answer: This is rare but if our interpreter or driver does not show up or the agency fails to provide the service then you will be credited at the rate of $3.00 per hour for the interpreter, $4.00 per hour for the driver, and any other services will be adjusted accordingly.

If I have a credit balance when I leave, what will happen?
Answer: You will be given the option of using the amount of money credited toward any service offered at the agency at the current posted price.
